What is the ultimate goal of Hinduism and how is it achieved?

Hindus believe that the ultimate goal of Hinduism is reach moksha. To reach moksha, once must go through reincarnation to surpass the caste system. Once one has reached moksha, they "escape" the world. The process of reincarnation that the Hindus believe is known as Samsara . To determine the life form the soul would take, karma is taken into account. Karma is determined by the actions that were done during life, and every action is thought to determine the form one will take in the next life. Unlike some religions where a person’s fate is based on good and bad luck, Hinduism is based on good and bad deeds of past lives.
